Shipping

We have 4 different shipping methods: unregistered, registered, priority line and expedited shipping.
In addition, the standard shipping can reach the majority of countries, while the priority line can reach most of the main countries, below are the estimated shipping times (Hong Kong and our UK Warehouse).

UK Warehouse: Typically 3-5 days to the UK, 3-10 days to other European countries.

HK Warehouse:Generally, 6-7 working days to a USA address.6-8 working days to the UK

The price depends on the weight of product, the origin, the destination, the shipping method and warehouses, and other considerations. Detailed pricing information is visible when placing an order.
Choose the correct destination and warehouse, then select the shipping method, to obtain an accurate shipping cost.

To UK ALL SHIPPING IS FREE

As between you and us, all risks of loss of, and damage to your purchased product(s) during the transportation process shall be borne solely and exclusively by you. Please note that, under applicable laws and/or international treaties, the liability of carriers, shippers, shipping agents and/or other relevant parties for any loss of or damage to product(s) handled by them may be excluded, fixed or limited. Accordingly, for all shipments, we recommend that you purchase appropriate, relevant and adequate insurance to cover against the risk of loss and damage during the transportation process. Please contact us to inquire about available insurance rates for your order or transaction.

All items are carefully packed and addressed for export. Deliveries shall generally include customary one-way standard export packaging. (If, as an exception, we assume the packaging costs, then such costs shall be calculated on the basis of verifiable net costs.) However, should items become damaged or lost while in transit to you, we shall not be responsible or liable therefore.

 
In the event that you purchase insurance, such insurance shall be upon and subject to the terms and conditions offered by the underwriter by whom such insurance is effected; provided however that the limit of the coverage provided by such insurance shall not be more than the invoice value of the items.
 
In the event that you purchase insurance and you are required to file a claim for any loss of or damage to your product under such insurance through us, please contact us to initiate the claim. We shall then refund the cost or replace the item, but only if and after confirmation has been received from the insurance company regarding acceptance of the claim and payment of the compensation.

Payments

Shopping on Maibo is safe, fast and convenient. To make life easier, we accept a number of secure payment methods designed to be completely safe and friendly. When you shop at Maibo, your privacy and online security are always guaranteed.

Maibo primarily uses PayPal to process secure payments. Through PayPal, we accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, and bank transfer (debit card).

 

We can also accept Credit Card payment using Mastercard or Visa.

Returns

Thank you for shopping with Maibo. Here are our warranty policies.

  1. All of our items come with 12 months Manufacturer warranty from the Purchase date. 
  2. Refunds and exchanges are only acceptable within 30 days of Purchase date. Item must be in same cosmetic condition as it was shipped. Furthermore, Water & Physical damage will not be accepted for an Exchange or Refund. 
  3. All items do not come with a paper manual/invoice.
  4. All items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories. To avoid a 15% restocking fee on Returns for consumer electronics items, please make sure following conditions are met:
    • –Items must be returned unused & with the original box, product packaging, accessories & parts.
    • — Restocking fees do not apply when an item is returned as defective or because an incorrect product was delivered.

30 day Change of Mind.  

(1) The 15% restock fee is non-refundable. 

(2) Buyer are responsible for payment of return postage for change of mind returns.

(3) Not damaged in any way. Items must be in brand new and resalable condition with all original product packaging, labels and all other accessories included.

(4) Due to health and hygiene reasons, any electronic product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned unless the unit was received defective.

We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken. Any products returned without proper sealed packaging will be rejected under change of mind.
