Shipping

What shipping options are available and how long do they take?

Most orders leave our UK warehouse and arrive in 3–5 working days. A small number of products ship from our Hong Kong warehouse — these take 6–8 working days.

  • Standard (UK warehouse): 3–5 working days, fully tracked
  • Priority Line: faster dispatch, tracked
  • Expedited: fastest available, tracked
  • International (HK via 4PX): 6–8 days to UK · 6–7 days to USA
Tracking details go out by email the moment your order leaves the warehouse.

How much does shipping cost?

Free on all UK orders. No minimum spend, no surprises at checkout. International rates are calculated automatically based on destination and weight when you check out.

Are orders insured during transit?

Orders over £30 are insured automatically at no extra cost, covering the full invoice value. Signature on delivery is required. Orders under £30 ship without insurance unless you specify otherwise at checkout.

If something arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us directly — we handle the claim on your behalf.

Which payment methods do you accept?

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro
  • PayPal — guest checkout included, no account needed
  • UK bank transfer — available for repeat and B2B customers

Every transaction goes through SSL-encrypted, PCI-compliant gateways. We never store card details.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All checkout pages use SSL encryption and we are fully GDPR compliant. Card data goes directly to our payment processor — it never touches our servers and is never stored by us.

PayPal orders include buyer protection, which covers full refunds for eligible claims under PayPal’s purchase protection policy.

Returns

What is your return policy?

30 days for change-of-mind returns on unused items in original sealed condition. No restocking fee, no questions asked. For defective or damaged items the window extends to 60 days and we cover the return shipping.

Can I return an item if I’ve opened the box?

No. We don’t accept change-of-mind returns on opened sealed products. Once the seal is broken, the item can’t be sold as new.

If the item is faulty or not as described, this does not apply — defective items are covered regardless of whether the seal is intact.

How do I start a return?

Use the contact form below. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue — we’ll confirm within one working day and send a prepaid label where applicable.

Change-of-mind returns: item must be unused, seal intact, in original packaging with all accessories present. Return shipping is at the customer’s cost in this case.
