What shipping methods are offered, and what are the respective shipping times?
We offer four shipping options to meet your needs: Unregistered Mail, Registered Mail, Priority Line, and Expedited Shipping By Royal Mail.
Most orders are dispatched directly from our UK warehouse. However, a small number of items—particularly exclusive, high-demand, or new-release products—may ship from our international logistics hub in Hong Kong via 4PX Express, with full tracking and UK customs pre-clearance.
Here is a breakdown of average delivery times:
🇬🇧 UK Warehouse (Main Dispatch Centre):
To UK addresses: 3–5 working days
To EU countries: 3–10 working days
🌐 Hong Kong Warehouse (For Selected Items via 4PX):
To UK addresses: 6–8 working days (tracked delivery)
To USA addresses: 6–7 working days

What is the shipping cost?
We offer Free Standard Shipping for all UK orders – with no hidden fees or unexpected charges at checkout.
Shipping costs for international orders may vary depending on:
the delivery destination,
selected shipping method (Standard / Priority / Expedited),
and product weight or size.
Any applicable shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout, so you’ll always see the final price upfront before completing your purchase.
UK Customers:

Even when your item ships from abroad (e.g. Hong Kong), we never charge extra for delivery. All UK-bound orders are fully tracked and covered under our flat-rate shipping policy: £0.00 at all times.

Changed your mind? No problem. You can return any unused item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange – no questions asked.
To qualify, the item must be:

In original condition
Complete with all accessories and packaging
🛡️ 60-Day Extended Protection for Faulty Items
From day 31 to day 60, we accept returns only if the item is defective, arrives damaged, or if the wrong item was sent.
In such cases:
Return shipping is fully covered by us
A replacement or full refund will be issued upon inspection
🧾 Warranty Coverage
All Maibo products include a 12-month manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. This covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Items showing signs of misuse, water damage, or missing parts may not be eligible for return.
We do not charge any restocking fees — even for electronics.
Partial refunds may apply only if the item is incomplete and not returned as originally delivered.

30 days Return
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is:
Unused and in original condition
Includes all packaging and accessories
Not opened if sealed for hygiene reasons (e.g. earphones)
No restocking fee applies. You only cover return shipping for change of mind returns.
Items received damaged or incorrect will be fully refunded and return costs covered by us.
