We want your order to arrive quickly and safely. This policy explains how we handle dispatch, delivery, and what to do if something goes wrong. All orders placed on maibo.uk are dispatched from our UK warehouse in Luton.

ℹ️ Free standard shipping applies to all mainland UK orders with no minimum order value. Delivery to Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man may have extended timeframes.
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible:

Delivery Address & Failed Deliveries
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.

Nobody home?The courier will leave a card and attempt redelivery, or leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place if instructed.

Parcel returned to usIf a parcel is returned due to failed delivery or an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping costs may apply.

Wrong address?If you notice an error in your delivery address, contact us immediately at maibo@maibo.uk — we can only amend addresses before dispatch. While the vast majority of orders arrive on time, occasionally delays occur due to courier issues. Here’s what to do:

| Tracking shows “delivered” but not received | Check with neighbours and safe spots, then contact us within 48 hours |
| Parcel declared lost by courier | We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice |
ℹ️ A parcel is considered lost after 10 business days from the expected delivery date for standard deliveries, or 5 business days for express. We will then raise a claim with the courier on your behalf.
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please:

Accept the delivery but note the damage with the courier if possible
2.
Take photos of the outer packaging and the item before opening further
3.
Contact us at maibo@maibo.uk within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos 📸 Photos are essential for courier claims — please report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery.
