In fast shooters such as Valorant, Counter-Strike 2 and Fortnite, most aim happens in short, sharp movements — a flick to a target and an immediate stop. At 60g the Superlight 2 is light enough to feel almost weightless without the holes or honeycomb shells many lightweight mice use to save weight, so it stays solid and easy to clean. The shape is low and symmetrical, designed with pro players to suit palm, claw and fingertip grips. Zero-additive PTFE feet let it glide smoothly on cloth and hard pads alike. The two side buttons sit on the left, so the shape works best in the right hand; left-handed players can use the body comfortably but will not have thumb buttons under their thumb.

What Changed Inside Over the First Superlight

The HERO 2 sensor tracks at over 888 inches per second with up to 44,000 DPI and no smoothing, acceleration or filtering, so the cursor goes exactly where your hand does. X and Y sensitivity can be set independently and lift-off distance can be tuned to your grip in the free Logitech G HUB software. LIGHTFORCE hybrid switches replace traditional microswitches: they actuate optically for speed and immunity to double-clicking, while keeping a crisp, tactile click. LIGHTSPEED wireless is Logitech’s tournament-grade connection, designed to stay reliable even in crowded wireless environments. Early units shipped with lower ceilings (32,000 DPI and 2 kHz polling), and Logitech has since raised them through firmware — update the mouse in G HUB to unlock 44K DPI and up to 8 kHz polling. The settings are stored on the mouse itself, so they travel with it to another PC.

Battery, Charging and What Is in the Box

The battery is rated at up to 95 hours of continuous use, and charging now uses USB-C — the included cable charges the mouse and lets you keep playing wired while it does. Higher polling rates use more power, so expect shorter battery life at 8 kHz than at the standard 1 kHz. The Superlight 2 is also compatible with Logitech’s POWERPLAY wireless charging mouse pad (sold separately): the box includes an optional aperture door with a PTFE foot that replaces the bottom cover so the mouse can charge on the pad while you play. Also in the box are the LIGHTSPEED USB receiver, an extension adapter that lets you place the receiver close to the mouse on your desk, and optional grip tape for extra hold. The connection is LIGHTSPEED only — there is no Bluetooth — so the receiver or the cable is needed to use it.

Does it support Bluetooth?

No. The PRO X Superlight 2 connects through the included LIGHTSPEED USB receiver, or by cable. It does not have Bluetooth.

Why does my mouse show 32,000 DPI instead of 44,000?

Early units shipped with 32,000 DPI and 2 kHz polling. Logitech has since raised the limits to 44,000 DPI and up to 8 kHz through a firmware update — install Logitech G HUB and update the mouse to unlock them.

What is the difference from the first PRO X Superlight?

The Superlight 2 adds the HERO 2 sensor, LIGHTFORCE hybrid switches, higher polling rates, USB-C charging instead of micro-USB, longer battery life of up to 95 hours and POWERPLAY compatibility, at the same 60g.

Can it charge on a POWERPLAY mat?

Yes. Fit the included aperture door with PTFE foot to the underside and the mouse charges wirelessly on a Logitech POWERPLAY mat, sold separately.

Is it suitable for left-handed players?

The body is symmetrical, but the two side buttons are on the left, so it is designed for right-handed use.
