How to Use the Product Feed

Everything you need to get our catalogue into your own shop — and what you still need to do by hand.

The feed refreshes every hour. Download it again any time you want current prices.

Step 1

Download your file

Pick the one that matches your shop. If you are not on Shopify or WooCommerce, use the general file and map the columns yourself.

For Shopify

Shopify import file

Ready for Shopify’s own CSV importer. Titles, descriptions, SKUs, barcodes and SEO fields all land in the right place.

Download CSV

For WooCommerce

WooCommerce import file

Built for WooCommerce’s built-in product importer. Column names match, so the mapping step is automatic.

Everything else

General catalogue file

Plain product data — title, description, price, SKU, EAN, category, brand. Use it with any system.

Download CSV

Step 2

Import it

Shopify

  1. Shopify admin → Products
  2. Click Import, then Add file
  3. Select the CSV you downloaded
  4. Click Upload and preview
  5. Check a couple of rows, then Import products

WooCommerce

  1. WordPress admin → Products
  2. Click Import at the top
  3. Choose the CSV you downloaded, then Continue
  4. Leave the column mapping as it is — the names already match
  5. Click Run the importer

Step 3

Add the images

Product images are not included in the CSV. You download them from our product pages and upload them to your own shop. This keeps the file small and fast, and means you only take the images for products you actually list.

  1. Find the product row in the CSV and open the address in the link column — that is the product page on maibo.uk.
  2. Check the image_count column so you know how many images the product has.
  3. Right-click each gallery image and save it. Our pages serve full-resolution files, so what you save is the original.
  4. Upload them to the matching product in your shop.

Understanding the file

Three prices, and which one matters

Open the CSV in Excel or Google Sheets and you will see three price-related columns. Only the first one is imported into your shop; the other two are there so you can see your margin.

Variant Price / Regular price

Our normal retail price — what any customer pays on maibo.uk. This is the value that lands in your shop. Change it to whatever you want to sell at.

dropshipper_price

What you pay us when you place the order. This column is not imported — it is for your reference.

discount

Your trade discount off our retail price, applied automatically when you are logged in.

Our retail prices already sit below the usual UK market price, so there is normally room above them. Most partners set their own price higher than ours rather than matching it.

Stock levels are not in the feed

Quantities change through the day, so a number in a file you downloaded this morning would already be wrong by the afternoon. Check the live product page on maibo.uk before you commit to a large order, or message us.
