JBL Clip 5 Portable Bluetooth Speaker – Blue

JBL Pro Sound · 7W · Passive Radiator

Big Sound From a Small Speaker

Inside the Clip 5 a powerful driver works with a passive radiator to produce 7W of JBL Pro Sound with a fuller, punchier low end than you would expect from something this size. It covers 95Hz to 20kHz, so vocals stay clear and bass lines have body, whether you are playing music on a desk, in the garden or on the move. Tap Playtime Boost and the speaker tunes its performance for louder, crisper sound while stretching the battery. With the free JBL Portable app you can choose EQ presets or fine-tune highs, mids and lows yourself, and receive firmware updates that keep the speaker current.

Up to 12h + 3h Playtime Boost · IP67

All-Day Battery, Built for Outdoors

One charge gives up to 12 hours of playtime, and Playtime Boost adds up to 3 more — enough for a full day out. A full recharge takes about 3 hours over USB-C, using the cable in the box. The IP67 rating means the Clip 5 is both waterproof and dustproof: it can be splashed, rained on and even briefly submerged, and sand and dust will not get inside, so it is at home at the beach, the pool, on a hike or in the shower. Dry the USB-C port before charging after it has been in water.

Bluetooth 5.3 · Multi-Point · Auracast

Easy to Connect, Easy to Expand

Bluetooth 5.3 gives a stable connection to iPhone, Android, tablets and laptops, and multi-point lets two devices stay connected so friends can take turns playing music. Pair two Clip 5 speakers for stereo sound, or use Auracast to connect multiple JBL Auracast-enabled speakers at once for bigger sound over a wider area. The Clip 5 is made in part with recycled plastic and fabric and comes in FSC-certified packaging. At 285 grams and 13.5cm tall, it travels in a bag pocket or hangs from a strap without getting in the way.
