Does wireless charging work without removing the case?

Yes. The case is Qi-compatible with the cover closed around the back. If you keep a card in the slot, remove the card before wireless charging — the coil can heat cards with magnetic strips.

Can I answer calls without opening the cover?

Yes — that is the point of Smart View. Incoming calls appear in the window; tap to answer and speak with the cover closed. Music controls and notifications work the same way.

Will it fit the standard S24 or S24+?

No. EF-ZS928 is cut exclusively for the S24 Ultra’s dimensions, camera layout and S Pen. Each Galaxy model has its own Smart View case code.

Does the S Pen still work with the case on?

Fully. The S Pen silo stays open, and you can pull, use and dock the pen without touching the cover.
