In-camera, both guarantee V30 sustained writes, so recording quality is identical. The PRO earns its price on the offload side (200 vs 190MB/s reads, 140 vs 130MB/s writes) and in heavy burst work. If deadlines matter, PRO; if not, Extreme saves money.
Do I get 200MB/s in any reader?
Peak speed needs a QuickFlow-compatible reader such as SanDisk’s own; standard UHS-I hardware reaches ~104MB/s. In-camera recording performance is unaffected either way.
Will my device support a 1TB card?
