We want your order to arrive quickly and safely. This policy explains how we handle dispatch, delivery, and what to do if something goes wrong. All orders placed on maibo.uk are dispatched from our UK warehouse in Luton.

Delivery Options & Costs
Free standard shipping applies to all mainland UK orders with no minimum order value. Delivery to Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man may have extended timeframes.

Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible:
During busy periods (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday, bank holiday weekends) dispatch may take up to 2 business days. We will communicate any delays promptly.

Our Couriers
We work with trusted UK couriers to ensure safe and reliable delivery:
Royal Mail
Used for standard and smaller items. Tracked 24/48 services available.
Evri / Hermes
Used for larger parcels with full tracking and doorstep delivery.
DPD / DHL
Used for express deliveries and time-sensitive orders.
The courier used may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You will receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Dispatch Email
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.

Contact Us
If tracking shows no movement for 3+ business days, contact us and we’ll investigate immediately.

Delivery Address & Failed Deliveries
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.
Nobody Home?
The courier will leave a card and attempt redelivery, or leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place if instructed.
Parcel Returned to Us
If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery or an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping costs may apply.
Wrong Address?
If you notice an error in your delivery address, contact us immediately at maibo@maibo.uk — we can only amend addresses before dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
While the vast majority of orders arrive on time, occasionally delays occur due to courier issues. Here’s what to do:
A parcel is considered lost after 10 business days from the expected delivery date for standard deliveries, or 5 business days for express. We will then raise a claim with the courier on your behalf.

Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please:

Accept the delivery but note the damage with the courier if possible.

Take photos of the outer packaging and the item before opening further.

Contact us at maibo@maibo.uk within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
Photos are essential for courier claims — please report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery.

International Shipping
We currently ship to UK addresses only. We do not offer international shipping via maibo.uk at this time. For international enquiries, please contact us at maibo@maibo.uk.
