Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. We take reasonable steps to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However:

Some products are discontinued or end-of-line. Where stated as discontinued, this refers to the manufacturer’s product line — items are genuine and new.
If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or suitable alternative.
All products sold by Maibo Limited are genuine and new unless explicitly stated otherwise in the listing.

Pricing & Payment
All prices on maibo.uk are displayed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. The total price including all applicable charges is shown before you complete your order.
We do not apply surcharges for any payment method. No hidden fees will be added after you see the final price at checkout. All mandatory costs are shown upfront in compliance with UK consumer law.

Order Process & Contract Formation

You Place an Order
Adding items to your cart and completing checkout constitutes an offer to purchase.

Order Confirmation
You receive an automatic email confirming we have received your order. This is not an acceptance of your order.

Dispatch Confirmation
A binding contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch — for example, if a product is out of stock or if there is a pricing error. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.

Delivery
We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation email. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g. courier delays, public holidays).
Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to your specified address. If a delivery is missed, please follow the courier’s redelivery process or contact us for assistance.

Cancellations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.
To cancel, contact us at maibo@maibo.uk or via WhatsApp before returning the item. Once you notify us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately and we will try to stop the shipment. Once dispatched, the return process applies.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Maibo Limited’s liability to you is limited to the value of the products you purchased. We are not liable for:
