Three Ports, Each With a Job

The first USB-C port is the powerful one: up to 65W over USB PD 3.0 for laptops, tablets and other PD devices, and up to 45W Super Fast Charging 2.0 for Galaxy phones that support it, such as the S-series Ultra models. The second USB-C port supplies up to 25W, which is Super Fast Charging for most Galaxy phones and fast charging for iPhone 8 and later with a USB-C to Lightning or USB-C cable. The USB-A port gives up to 15W Adaptive Fast Charging for older phones, earbuds, watches and accessories. When more than one port is in use, the adapter shares its 65W automatically — for example 40W + 25W across both USB-C ports, or 35W + 25W + 5W with all three — so the device on the first USB-C port should be the one that needs the most power.

Read Before Ordering: Plug and Cable

This is the European version of the Samsung Trio, with a two-pin EU plug. It does not fit a UK three-pin socket directly — plug it into an inexpensive EU-to-UK travel adapter and it works exactly the same. The adapter accepts 100–240V, so it runs on mains power anywhere in the world with the right plug adapter, which makes it a good travel charger. Samsung ships the Trio without a cable. Use the USB-C cable that came with your phone or laptop; for the full 65W PD or 45W Super Fast Charging 2.0 you need a 5A-rated USB-C to USB-C cable, while a standard 3A USB-C cable is fine for 25W, and a USB-A cable for the 15W port.

Works Beyond Samsung

Because the USB-C ports follow the USB Power Delivery 3.0 and PPS standards, the Trio is not only for Galaxy devices. It fast-charges iPhones, iPads, Pixel phones, Nintendo Switch, USB-C headphones and many USB-C laptops that draw up to 65W — check your laptop’s charger rating; if it is 65W or lower, the Trio can replace it. Each port negotiates the right voltage with the connected device, so it is safe to plug in anything from a watch to a laptop. Samsung builds in protection against overcurrent, short circuits and overheating. In practice that means one adapter in the bag instead of three, with a single plug adapter needed when you are at home in the UK.

Does it have a UK plug?

No. This is the EU version with a two-pin European plug. It works in UK sockets with a standard EU-to-UK travel adapter, and accepts 100–240V.

Is a cable included?

No. Samsung supplies the Trio without a cable. For 65W PD or 45W Super Fast Charging 2.0 use a 5A-rated USB-C to USB-C cable; a standard USB-C cable works for 25W.

Can it charge my laptop?

Yes, if your laptop charges over USB-C and needs 65W or less. Use the first USB-C port, which supplies up to 65W over USB Power Delivery 3.0.

Does it support the Galaxy S26 Ultra at 60W?

No. The Trio supports Super Fast Charging 2.0 at up to 45W. Samsung recommends its EP-T6010 adapter for the 60W Super Fast Charging 3.0 of the Galaxy S26 Ultra; the Trio still charges it quickly at up to 45W.

Can I charge three devices at once?

Yes. Total output is 65W, shared automatically — with all three ports in use the outputs are up to 35W, 25W and 5W.
