Fill in the form below or message us on WhatsApp. Tell us where you sell — eBay, Amazon, TikTok Shop, your own site — and roughly what volume you’re doing. We review every application personally and approve within 24 hours. No company registration required to start; a VAT invoice is available on every order when you need one.
№ 02 — CATALOGUE
Get the price file
Once approved you receive our CSV product catalogue: every SKU with trade price, retail reference price, EAN, images and live stock status. Audio, charging, storage, gaming and mobile accessories — Samsung, Marshall, Bose, JBL, SanDisk, Logitech and more. Genuine, sealed, sourced through authorised channels.
№ 03 — LIST
List at your price, on your channel
You choose the products, you set the price, you own the customer. List on any marketplace or your own store — there is no exclusivity and no listing fees from our side. Start with 5 SKUs to test a niche or list 200; there’s no minimum and no monthly charge.
№ 04 — FORWARD
Forward the order to us
When your customer buys, send us the SKU and delivery address — WhatsApp or email, whichever is faster for you. Orders received before 15:00 GMT are dispatched the same working day. You pay the trade price by PayPal or card; the difference between your sale price and ours is your margin.
№ 05 — WE SHIP
We dispatch, blind
Your order leaves our warehouse in plain, neutral packaging — no Maibo branding, no pricing, no paperwork that mentions us. Fully tracked, 4–5 working days delivery. You get the tracking number the moment it ships, so your marketplace metrics stay clean.

The ground rules

No fine print, no surprises — these are the rules every partner works to. Read them before you apply; they’re part of the deal.
T1Returns come to you, the seller
Customer returns — change-of-mind and faulty — are returned to your address, because your customer bought from you. Selling from outside the UK? You must have a UK return address in place before you start listing.
T2Sold sealed, returned sealed
Change-of-mind returns must come back in the exact condition they were sold — a sealed product comes back sealed. A broken seal ends the change-of-mind return.
T3Faulty stock — what we cover and what we don’t
Genuinely faulty or dead-on-arrival units: we replace or refund. The 12-month warranty on products is the manufacturer’s, not ours. Customer-caused damage — drops, liquid, misuse — is not a fault and is the customer’s responsibility.
T4Cut-off is real
Orders forwarded before 15:00 GMT on a working day are dispatched the same day. After the cut-off, and on weekends and UK bank holidays, dispatch is the next working day.
T5Payment is per order, upfront
You pay the trade price when you forward the order — PayPal or card. No credit lines, no invoicing cycles, no account minimums. A VAT invoice comes with every order.
T6The CSV is the source of truth
Stock status lives in your catalogue file — syncing your listings and delisting sold-out lines is your responsibility. If we ever can’t fulfil a forwarded order, you hear from us the same day and receive a full refund.
T7Your customer stays yours
Delivery addresses are used for fulfilment and nothing else. We never contact, market to, or retain your customers — the relationship, the data and the repeat business are yours.

Do I need a registered company to start?
No. Individual sellers are welcome — plenty of our partners started as side projects. When you grow into a company, your VAT invoices are already in order.
How fast is approval?
Within 24 hours. We read every application ourselves — tell us where you sell and we’ll usually come back the same day with your catalogue.
Is the packaging really neutral?
Yes. Plain outer packaging, no Maibo branding, no pricing, no paperwork that mentions us. As far as your customer is concerned, the parcel came from you.
Where do you deliver, and how fast?
UK-wide, fully tracked, 4–5 working days door to door. Orders forwarded before 15:00 GMT are dispatched the same working day — you receive the tracking number as soon as it ships.
What happens when something is out of stock?
The catalogue includes live stock status and we flag discontinued lines clearly — much of our range is end-of-line stock, which is exactly why the margins are good. Sync your listings against the file and delist what’s gone; if we ever can’t fulfil a forwarded order, you’ll know within hours, not days.
How do returns and faulty units work?
Customer returns — change-of-mind or faulty — go back to your return address, not ours (see the ground rules above; outside the UK you’ll need a UK return address). Genuinely faulty or dead-on-arrival stock: we replace or refund it. The 12-month warranty is the manufacturer’s; customer-caused damage isn’t covered.
How do I send you orders?
WhatsApp or email — SKU, quantity, delivery address. Payment by PayPal or card at trade price. High-volume sellers: talk to us about batch CSV ordering.
