At 100dBSPL sensitivity and 20Hz–20kHz frequency response, the C100SI covers the full range of audible frequencies at volumes appropriate for everyday use from any standard headphone output.

Ergonomic Housing — Extended Comfort Fit

The angled earbud housing is designed to align with the natural axis of the ear canal rather than inserting perpendicular to it. The human ear canal does not run straight inward — it angles slightly forward and downward from the outer ear. A straight cylindrical earbud housing sits at an angle to this axis, creating uneven pressure against the canal walls and causing the earbud to gradually work loose during movement. The angled housing follows the canal’s natural axis, which distributes pressure evenly around the circumference of the tip, creating a more stable seal and a more comfortable fit for extended wear. This is particularly noticeable during exercise or commuting, where head movement would cause a straight-housing earbud to shift but the angled design remains in position. Three eartip sizes allow adjustment for different canal diameters.

The noise isolation microphone uses the in-ear seal created by the eartips to physically block ambient sound from reaching the microphone capsule — reducing background noise on calls without active processing. The 3.5mm straight connector works with any headphone-equipped device: Android phones, iPhones (with adapter on models without a jack), MacBook, Windows laptops, tablets and audio players.
