Frequently Asked Questions
Which Galaxy Watch models does the EP-OR900 charge?
According to the Samsung packaging it is compatible with Galaxy Watch Active, Active2, Watch3, Watch4 series, Watch5 series and later models.
Does it fast charge every Galaxy Watch?
No. Fast wireless charging is only available on Galaxy Watch5 and later models. Older compatible watches (Active, Active2, Watch3, Watch4) charge at standard speed.
What is the difference between EP-OR900 and EP-OL715?
The EP-OR900 is the earlier Samsung fast wireless charger, compatible back to the Galaxy Watch Active. The newer EP-OL715 is the charger supplied with the Galaxy Watch Ultra2 and supports Watch5 and later. If you own an older Watch Active, Watch3 or Watch4, the EP-OR900 is the one to choose.
Is a wall plug included?
No. The charger ends in a USB-C plug. Samsung recommends a USB PD travel adapter rated above 5 V / 2 A.
Which packaging does it come in?
It is genuine Samsung stock in Samsung retail packaging; current stock is the Asian-market box (model code EP-OR900BBEGKR, Korean and English labelling, made in Vietnam). The charger inside is the same EP-OR900.
