Precision electronics come apart with dozens of tiny screws — and go back together with sore wrists. The Xiaomi Electric Precision Screwdriver (BHR5474GL) does the turning for you: a 170 rpm magnetic motor, an all-metal gearbox, and 24 S2-steel bits in a pop-up aluminium case, driving 400+ screws per USB-C charge. Xiaomi UK sells it at £35.99; here it is £28.88, brand new.
Real motor, real control
170 rpm, two-speed torque
The magnetic motor and all-metal gearbox keep bit wobble under 0.2 mm, and torque is switchable: 0.05 Nm for watches, glasses and phone internals, 0.2 Nm for laptops and speakers. Screws seat cleanly instead of stripping.
24 bits, 9 types
S2 steel, 60HRC hard
Twenty-four S2 tool-steel bits cover phones, laptops, consoles, cameras, drones, watches and toys — including six 45 mm long bits for deep recesses the stubby ones cannot reach. All held magnetically in the case, none rolling off the desk.
Award-lineage design
Pop-up aluminium case, USB-C
The push-to-release anodised case comes from Xiaomi’s multi-award-winning Mi Precision Screwdriver design. Simple L/R soft-touch buttons drive screws in and out, and one Type-C charge handles 400+ precision screws.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from the manual Mi Precision kit?
Same award-winning pop-up case idea, but this one has a 170 rpm motor doing the turning, with torque control to protect delicate screws. If you prefer the classic hand-tool feel, we also stock the manual 24-in-1 kit.
Will it damage tiny screws in phones or watches?
That is what the two-speed torque is for: the 0.05 Nm setting is gentle enough for smartphones, watches and glasses, and stops rather than strips. Power off, and it works as a normal manual driver too.
How long does a charge last?
Xiaomi rates it at 400+ precision screws per full charge — several complete teardowns. It charges over USB-C with the same cable as your phone, with an indicator for battery status.
What devices can I open with it?
The 24 bit types cover most standard electronics: smartphones, laptops, cameras, game consoles, drones, watches, glasses and small appliances. Six long 45 mm bits reach into deep recesses.
Why is it cheaper here than at Xiaomi?
Xiaomi UK’s own store lists it at £35.99. We buy genuine Xiaomi stock in volume through authorised supply and pass the margin on — same sealed box, £28.88, tracked UK delivery.
