Fast-Charge Your Lightning iPhone

Lightning iPhones from iPhone 8 to iPhone 14 support USB-C fast charging, but only through a USB-C to Lightning cable — the old USB-A cable is limited to slower charging. Connect this cable to an Apple 18W, 20W or higher USB-C adapter, or a USB-C laptop port, and supported iPhones charge to about 50% in roughly half an hour. It works equally with Lightning iPads, AirPods and AirPods cases with a Lightning port, and other Lightning accessories.

At 2m the cable is twice the length of the standard 1m cable that comes with many devices, so you can keep using your phone in bed, on the sofa or across a desk while it charges. It also syncs photos, music and files with a USB-C Mac or PC and connects to USB-C CarPlay ports in the car. A power adapter is not included; use any USB-C charger, ideally 20W for the fastest iPhone charging.
