The SHE2405 uses a standard 3.5mm jack. Phones without a 3.5mm port — Samsung Galaxy S20 and later, Note 10 and later, iPhone 7 and later — require an adapter: USB-C to 3.5mm for Samsung and most Android, or Lightning to 3.5mm for iPhone (up to iPhone 14). The Samsung USB-C to 3.5mm adapter (EE-UC10JUWEGWW) is recommended for Samsung devices for full mic compatibility.

Do the inline controls work on both Android and iOS?

The microphone and call answer/end button work on both platforms. Volume button functionality is platform-dependent — on Android devices the volume controls typically work fully; on iOS, volume adjustment through the inline remote may be limited depending on iPhone model and iOS version. The centre button (call answer/end, play/pause) works on both.

How do I choose the right ear tip size?

Start with the medium (M) tip — this fits most ear canals. If the earphone feels loose or falls out, move to large (L). If the earphone feels uncomfortable or painful, move to small (S).
