- ✓ Official OnePlus cable — required with SUPERVOOC charger to achieve rated speed
The OnePlus Warp Charge 160W USB-C to USB-C cable is OnePlus’s high-current charging cable for their SUPERVOOC fast charging ecosystem. OnePlus SUPERVOOC achieves its extreme charging speeds — 150W for the OnePlus 10T, 160W for OnePlus Ace Racing and select Ace series — by running very high current through the cable rather than very high voltage, which keeps heat generation at the phone lower than comparable high-voltage fast charging systems. At 10A, the cable carries significantly more current than a standard USB-C cable rated at 3–5A, which means the cable itself must be rated to handle the thermal load of 10A continuously. OnePlus’s official cable is specified and tested for this current level — using a generic USB-C cable, even one rated at 100W USB-PD, will not achieve SUPERVOOC speeds because the cable’s current rating is the limiting factor in the charging circuit. The cable is 1 metre in length, USB-C on both ends, and also functions as a standard USB-C charging cable at 3A for any device without SUPERVOOC — laptops, tablets, earbuds, Android phones and any other USB-C device.
10A · Why Current Matters
SUPERVOOC Uses Current, Not Voltage
Most fast charging protocols — USB Power Delivery, Qualcomm Quick Charge, Samsung Super Fast Charging — achieve high wattages primarily by increasing voltage to 9V, 12V or 20V while keeping current at 3–5A. OnePlus SUPERVOOC takes the opposite approach: it keeps voltage low (typically 5V or split battery charging architecture) and pushes very high current — up to 10A — to achieve the rated wattage. Low-voltage high-current charging has a practical advantage: the voltage conversion happens in the charger rather than inside the phone, which means less heat is generated inside the battery during charging. The consequence of this architecture is that the cable becomes the critical component — a standard USB-C cable rated at 3A will limit the charging current to 3A regardless of what the charger and phone can negotiate, capping power delivery well below SUPERVOOC speeds. A 5A USB-PD cable (the cable included with many 100W USB-PD chargers) is also insufficient for 10A SUPERVOOC. Only a cable specifically rated and tested for 10A continuous current — like this OnePlus cable — allows the full SUPERVOOC protocol to operate.
160W SUPERVOOC Compatibility
Which OnePlus Devices Get What Speed
The maximum charging speed the cable enables depends entirely on what the charger and phone can negotiate — the cable’s 10A rating is the upper limit that allows any SUPERVOOC speed below that ceiling. With an official OnePlus 160W SUPERVOOC charger: OnePlus Ace Racing and compatible 160W devices charge at 160W; OnePlus 10T and Ace Pro charge at 150W; OnePlus 10 Pro and 10R charge at 80W; OnePlus 9 Pro and 9 charge at 65W; OnePlus 8T charges at 65W; older OnePlus models charge at their supported Warp Charge or DASH Charge speed. With a non-OnePlus charger: if the charger supports USB PD, the cable supports up to 3A USB-PD current — sufficient for 60W USB-PD (20V/3A) on any USB-PD compatible device. The cable’s USB-C to USB-C format means it is also compatible with MacBooks, iPads, Android tablets and any other USB-C device at standard USB-C charging rates.

Replacement or Spare Cable
The OnePlus 160W cable uses a high-purity tinned copper core with high-performance shielding film for consistent current delivery at 10A without signal degradation. The cable has undergone OnePlus’s testing programme covering plug-in and pull-out cycles (insertion durability), insulation and voltage resistance, insertion and extraction force, and flame retardance — standard cable safety and durability testing. The cable also supports USB 2.0 data transfer (480Mbps) alongside charging — it can sync files between a OnePlus phone and a USB-C laptop or charger hub with data pass-through. At 1 metre, the cable is practical for desk charging and bedside use. The red colour is consistent with OnePlus’s Warp Charge cable colour identity across their accessory range. This cable is the correct replacement for the cable that ships in the box with OnePlus SUPERVOOC devices and is also sold as a standalone accessory for users who need a spare or have damaged their original.
Right choice if you…
✔ Own a OnePlus SUPERVOOC device and need a spare or replacement cable to reach rated charging speeds
✔ Have a OnePlus 160W SUPERVOOC charger and need the correct 10A cable to use it at full power
✔ Want a USB-C to USB-C cable that also works for standard 3A USB-C charging of any device
✔ Need data transfer capability alongside charging — USB 2.0 480Mbps supported
Consider something else if…
✖ You do not have a OnePlus SUPERVOOC charger — without the correct charger, the cable cannot deliver SUPERVOOC speeds regardless of its 10A rating
✖ You need USB 3.0 or higher data transfer speeds — this cable supports USB 2.0 (480Mbps) only
✖ You need a cable longer than 1 metre — this cable is 1m only

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use a generic USB-C cable instead of this one for SUPERVOOC?
No. SUPERVOOC requires 10A current — the cable is the limiting factor. A standard USB-C cable rated at 3A will cap charging at 3A regardless of charger or phone capability. Even a 5A USB-PD cable (common with 100W USB-PD chargers) is below the 10A required for SUPERVOOC. Only a cable rated and tested for 10A — this OnePlus cable — allows the SUPERVOOC protocol to deliver its rated speed.
Will this cable charge a Samsung, iPhone or MacBook?
Yes — at standard USB-C rates. USB-C to USB-C is universal and the cable supports 3A standard USB-C charging for any device with a USB-C port. iPhone 15 and later, USB-C iPads, MacBooks, Samsung Galaxy, any Android phone or tablet with USB-C — all charge normally. SUPERVOOC speeds are only available on compatible OnePlus devices with a OnePlus SUPERVOOC charger.
Do I need the OnePlus 160W charger to use this cable?
To achieve 160W SUPERVOOC speeds, yes — both the cable and the charger must be OnePlus SUPERVOOC certified. The cable alone does not determine charging speed; the charger, cable and phone must all support the same protocol. With any USB-C charger that is not SUPERVOOC, the cable charges at up to 3A standard USB-C.
What OnePlus devices support 160W SUPERVOOC?
160W SUPERVOOC is supported by OnePlus Ace Racing Edition and select Ace series devices. The OnePlus 10T and Ace Pro support 150W. OnePlus 10 Pro and 10R support 80W. OnePlus 9 Pro, 9, and 8T support 65W. All of these devices use this same cable — the cable’s 10A rating covers all SUPERVOOC tiers. The phone and charger negotiate the appropriate speed for that device.
