Will the JBL Tune 310C work with my phone?
They work with phones, tablets and laptops whose USB-C port supports audio output, including most recent Android phones, USB-C iPhones and iPads and Windows or Mac laptops. JBL advises checking USB-C audio support on your device, as a few models only charge through the port.
What is the difference between the Tune 310C and the Tune 110?
The Tune 110 uses a 3.5 mm headphone plug. The Tune 310C plugs into USB-C and has its own digital-to-analogue converter, is Hi-Res Audio certified and adds EQ presets on the remote — the better choice for phones without a headphone jack.
Can I take calls with them?
Yes. The 3-button remote has a built-in microphone, so you can answer and end calls, control playback and adjust the volume without touching your phone.
What are the EQ presets?
The remote lets you switch between built-in EQ presets to change the sound balance, for example more bass or a more neutral tuning. Your phone does not need an app for this.
